We are a consignment store, which means the shelves belong to local makers rather than to a buyer in another state. You rent the space, price your own work, and we sell it for you during the hours we're open.
Everything has to be handmade or repurposed by you, which rules out resale and mass-produced goods. That rule is the whole reason people come here.
What a space costs
Longer terms cost less per month. All spaces also carry 20% commission on sales.

What we accept
- Items must be handmade or repurposed by you. Resale and mass-produced goods are not accepted.
- Keep your display stocked, clean and attractive.
Getting started
- Submit an application. It must be approved and paid before you set up.
- Give us the payee name for your checks and a list of the items you plan to sell.
- Adding new item types later needs approval first.
- Maintain your space regularly.
Getting paid
- Makers are paid monthly, by check or direct deposit.
- Tell us which you prefer when you apply.
Tagging your products
- Every item needs your maker or business name and its price.
- A brief description or item number is optional but helpful.
- Removable string tags are preferred. Stickers and adhesives are allowed, but they must stay on the item after it sells.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes: federal, Pennsylvania state, and Center Township, including sales tax.
- Insurance is waived. You are responsible for damage to, or injury caused by, your own items.
Renewals
- Give notice by the 15th of your final month if you do not intend to renew.
- If you give no notice, your space renews automatically for the same term.
